Call For Presentations Due December 6: Help Shape CCNJ’s 41st Annual Conference

Planning is well underway for the Chemistry Council of New Jersey’s 41st Annual Conference, returning to The Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City on April 27–28, 2026. As always, one of the most important steps in building a high-quality program is gathering presentation ideas from our members, partners, and industry experts.

With that in mind, we’re reminding all members, associate members, and past presenters that the Call for Presentations is now open, and proposals are due December 6. The form has been live for several months, but we know many potential presenters wait until the final days to submit, so consider this your final warning to finalize and submit your proposals.

Each year, CCNJ receives far more proposals than we can accommodate. Last year alone, we received more than 30 submissions for fewer than six speaking slots. That level of interest demonstrates just how competitive and prestigious a speaking role at our annual conference has become.

Even with such selectivity, we strongly encourage everyone to submit. Your participation, whether your topic is selected or not, helps ensure our program remains relevant, forward-thinking, and reflective of the pressing issues facing the business of chemistry. The strength of our sessions is a major reason why our conference consistently ranks as one of the highest-rated industry events in the region.

Your expertise keeps the program fresh. Your insights help drive discussion. Your voice strengthens the entire New Jersey chemistry sector.
Submission Requirements & What We’re Looking For

All proposals must be submitted through the official online form.

A few key reminders:
· Only proposals submitted through the online form will be reviewed.
· CCNJ reviews past agendas to avoid redundancy; new ideas and fresh perspectives receive priority.
· All speakers and panelists must register and cover their own expenses, except for possible case-by-case exemptions for government or nonprofit speakers.
· Proposals requesting continuing education credits (CLE, PE, Safety, Security, LSRP) will receive special consideration.
· Panels with more than four speakers are discouraged due to timing constraints.
· Organizations may submit multiple proposals, though only one may ultimately be selected.

Take time to craft a strong, clear submission. Don’t wait until the last minute.

Speaking at the Annual Conference is more than an opportunity to share expertise. Presenters gain:
· Visibility before 220+ industry decision-makers
· Networking opportunities with executives, regulators, and policymakers
 · Professional recognition across the New Jersey chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer products, petrochemical, and F&F sectors
· A platform to influence industry practice and policy

CCNJ’s conference attracts leaders who drive operational, regulatory, safety, and workforce decisions statewide. Presenting here means contributing directly to the advancement of New Jersey’s largest manufacturing sector.

Even if presenting isn’t in your plans this year, we hope you’ll join us in other capacities. The success of the conference relies on more than speakers, it depends on the full participation of the CCNJ community.

The Annual Conference continues to be the premier forum for: Industry updates; Policy insights; Regulatory intelligence; Peer-to-peer learning; and Networking and collaboration.
If you’ve never attended, this is the year to experience it firsthand.

Sponsor the Conference
Sponsorship provides year-round visibility starting the moment you reserve your package. Sponsors receive recognition in all promotions, printed materials, onsite signage, and digital communications.
Early sponsors benefit the most—so if your company plans to participate, securing your level now is the best way to maximize exposure.

Exhibit at the Conference
We cap exhibit space at 25 booths, and as of this writing, only 22 remain.

Exhibiting connects your team directly with decision-makers from across the chemistry sector. Last year, more than 54% of attendees visited more than half the exhibitors, underscoring the value and traffic exhibitors receive.

All exhibitor and sponsor opportunities are available online and can be reserved now and paid for later, with invoices due by March 31, 2026.

Your Contribution Makes the Conference Stronger
The CCNJ Annual Conference continues to grow in size, influence, and reputation because of the dedication and engagement of our members and partners. Whether you plan to submit a presentation, sponsor, exhibit, or attend, we welcome your involvement.

Your participation helps us deliver a program that reflects the challenges, innovations, and priorities shaping our industry.
